Guest speakers from the New Jersey Housing Mortgage and Finance Agency spoke about the different programs available to potential homeowners.  These programs enable a consumer to purchase a home with little to know money down AND provide closing cost assistance.

SBR Realty shared tips on how to get started in real estate investing and landlording.  In addition, we spoke about the Earned Income Tax Credit and how to receive FREE tax preparation.

CashFlow Game

The CASH FLOW GAME CLUB is a group of diverse people coming together to play the game of Cash Flow; the game that teaches you how to become rich. The game is played in a networking environment of players and watchers-all filled with the excitement of learning the rules of how the rich get rich. Cash Flow was created by multimillionaire Robert Kiyoski to show anyone even who is even on the smallest salary how they can become wealthy. * Cost: $10 *
